Kabab Skewer Machine
It is a machine made to prepare the mince kababs known as Adana and Urfa kababs without touching hands. Completely produced from food compatible materials. 220 V electricity is required for operation.
In order to skewer the kabab, it is absolutely necessary to touch the meat by hand. In addition, a non-sanitary method is sometimes applied by immersing the hand in a water container to prevent sticking and adjusting the consistency. We designed this machine to prevent this. The use of this machine, especially in high-volume commercial stores, saves time and labor.
These kababs are mostly cooked by skewering the kabab on non-stainless steel (carbon steel) skewers. While waiting in the refrigerator, heavy metals come into contact with meat and may cause harm to human health. Also, the taste of the meat is deteriorating.
Thanks to this machine, the meat is made ready to be served without having to wait in contact with the metal skewer in the fridge and without being touched by hand.

Work Principal:
There are 1 on / off switch, 1 temperature thermostat and 1 counter on the machine. The minced meat mix placed in the chamber is pressed with a polyethylene piston in to a cylinder in the form of a kabab. There is no need to press any on / off button for this operation. When the skewer is placed in the slot, it is automatically closed (magnetic sensors) and the meat is pressed in to the mold and then the mold is opened and the kabab becomes ready to be cooked.
Thanks to the counter on the machine, if its read that how many kababs are being skewered. The purpose of the heater used is of the mold not to stick to the meat. It operates at an average temperature of 60 degrees. This temperature value can be read and set from the digital display. All electrical equipment in the system is CE compliant. The control of the system is controlled by a programmable PLC (program logic controller). Everything except the motor driver is produced with domestic equipment and parts. The body of the system is 304 quality stainless steel. The system is an electromechanical system and does not need any additional power other than electricity.
